Campus Tours are offered at 10:15 AM and 1:45 PM. Admitted students and guests are welcome to join the tour time that works best for their schedule.
An Admissions Officer and current students will be available throughout the day to answer questions.

Understanding the Social Determinants of Health

This talk will consider a few questions. What determines our health? Genes? Diet? Exercise? But can we consider the social environment a fundamental cause of health? If so, what does that imply and what is the evidence for it?
Amphibious City: Desiccation and the making of grey futures

Nikhil Anand, Professor of Anthropology
Today, planners and publics alike warn of the dangers of climate change, yet puzzlingly, do little to address the crisis. Drawing on six years of research in Mumbai, this lecture examines why the city’s planners and engineers continue to landfill the city all the while recognizing the risks and dangers of flooding and heat, that these activities produce.
Additional Programming
During Quaker Campus Visits, Penn's four undergraduate schools will offer additional programming for their admitted students. Admits should check their portal for guidance on what programming is offered by their undergraduate school or program.
Wharton School
Admitted Wharton students are invited to join current Wharton Ambassadors for lunch to learn more about the Wharton student experience.
Engineering and Applied Science
Admitted Engineering students are invited to take a tour of the Penn Engineering facilities led by a current engineering student. Tours begin at 3:30 PM. The Engineering Tour is not offered on 4/10.
College of Arts and Sciences
Admitted students to the College are invited to a Q&A session with the College Cognoscenti, a group of current student ambassadors in the College of Arts and Sciences. Conversations begin at 3:30 PM.
School of Nursing
Admitted Nursing students are invited to an individual meeting with the School of Nursing Associate Director of Admissions. Meetings begin at 3:30 PM.
Coordinated Dual Degree
Admitted students are invited to register for any Quaker Campus Visit day and we will notify your program of your plans to be on campus. Students are welcome to join programming for the undergraduate schools that make up their coordinated dual degree program.

Each registered student is limited to one guest (two total visitors per party). Guests are required to be listed on the student's registration form.
Student residence halls and dining halls are closed to guests. Penn does offer a virtual campus tour and a self-guided virtual tour that will allow you to see residence halls and dining facilities on campus. We will also be hosting a virtual Eat, Sleep, Penn event with our colleagues in Housing, Dining, and College Houses & Academic Services to help you learn more about what it is like to live at Penn! Please see the links below for more information on housing and dining.
If you are visiting campus or live nearby, you can drop into the Student Service Center located in the lobby of the Franklin Building (3451 Walnut Street). No appointments are required. You can also reach Financial Aid via email at sfsmail@pobox.upenn.edu or via phone at 215-898-1988.
Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange individual class visits.
Penn's urban location can make parking difficult to navigate. We recommend arriving anywhere from 15-20 minutes before your scheduled programming to find parking. Penn does not validate parking, but metered street parking may be available. If you choose to take advantage of metered street parking, please closely read all street parking signs. Where possible, we encourage taking public transit or ridesharing. The nearest Penn parking garages are located at:
