Each registered student is limited to two guests (three total visitors per party). Limiting registered students to two guests will allow for more admitted students to attend Quaker Days. Guests are required to be listed on the student's registration form.
Yes, there are other opportunities for admitted students and families to visit campus. Please visit your Penn Portal to find information on Quaker Campus Visits happening throughout April. These admitted student days provide another opportunity for you and your guests to visit campus. Please note that students may only register for one on-campus admitted student visit day.
You may see that some days have reached capacity. We limit the number of visitors on each day due to capacity constraints of some of our event spaces and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees. We encourage you to register for another day or consider visiting during a Quaker Campus Visit day. We will have registrants cancel throughout the next few months, in which case space will reopen for new registrants. You can check your admitted student events portal to see the current status of all on-campus events.
Light breakfast refreshments and lunch, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Kosher, and Halal options, will be available. If you have very specific dietary needs, please indicate that on the registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We strive to accommodate dietary needs by offering gluten-free and nut-free food options at our event. However, we cannot guarantee that these items are entirely free from cross-contact with gluten, nuts, or other allergens. Additionally, some ingredients may be processed in facilities that handle gluten or nuts. Guests with severe allergies should take appropriate precautions.
Student residence halls and dining halls are closed to guests. Penn does offer a virtual campus tour and a self-guided virtual tour that will allow you to see residence halls and dining facilities on campus. We will also be hosting Eat, Sleep, Penn events (virtually and in-person) with our colleagues in Housing, Dining, and College Houses & Academic Services to help you learn more about what it is like to live at Penn! Please see the links below for more information on housing and dining.
Students and guests can drop into the Student Service Center in the Franklin Building lobby (3451 Walnut Street). No appointments are required. They can also reach SFA via email at sfsmail@pobox.upenn.edu or via phone at (215) 898-1988.
