PEEP Application 2023

Thank you for your interest in our fall senior programs. Please review the information below as you prepare you application materials. 

Penn Early Exploration Program (PEEP) is an online workshop-based virtual program created to provide community, support, and resources for high school seniors who identify as low-income and/or first generation to college (FGLI), who have an interest in learning more about Penn and applying to selective universities. Participants will gain first-hand experience with the academic and social life at the University of Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to students who come from historically underrepresented populations.  

This program will include weekly 2-hour live virtual sessions with admissions staff, faculty, and current students across six weeks from August 9th to September 6th, 2023. All live program sessions will be held from 7pm-9pm ET on Wednesdays, and asynchronous programming will be hosted on the PEEP 2023 online community.

Please note that you will not be able to save and return to this form. Unless otherwise stated, all materials must be submitted to be considered for the program. It is recommended that you preview the application and prepare your essays on a word processor, such as Microsoft Word, save them, and then copy and paste them into the text boxes in the application.

The following information will be used to help guide the content of our program. Additionally, the PEEP application is designed to mirror the Common/Coalition application. We hope that completing this form will help you prepare for the college application process for the coming year.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required questions. We understand that gathering some of this information may be difficult depending on how you or your school have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Please complete this application to the best of your ability. All materials submitted via this form will be used to determine your eligibility and admission to the PEEP program. This information will not be used for admissions to Penn should you choose to apply.
